India's textile minister hinted that will cancel the clothing brand plus size clubwear industry is now India consumption tax and many of the obstacles for fight. First, the biggest impact to the clothing industry is brand clothing for a 10% consumption tax, the second is again in the economy, affects the export order, consumer purchasing power is abate, raw material prices and ultimately a blow to the clothing industry. Textile minister rita Mr Menon are trying to give the apparel industry to provide some of the excitement. She said, textile industrial agenda on the most important thing is to cancel the brand clothing consumption tax, she said, this year is likely to cancel the consumption tax. The government is still study TUF plan and extend in a national textile industry plan garden plus size clubwear.
Mr Menon said, the fiber policy will become the 12 th five-year plan part. The move is an important reform, it will not only help exporters, but will also promote the domestic market. Textile department take some active measures, Renaissance India's technology industry. For example, the technical textiles of growth and development program (SGDTT), including mechanical modification of the funds into technical plan, can enjoy 10% of the funds subsidies and so on. Textile department also established a technical textile technology task group, into two smaller task group, time for five years, from 2010-11 years to 2014-15 years, the investment of 2 billion rupees, may also will be included in the 12 th five-year plan.
